Hot Bodies

1/12th Euro's win for HB and Moorespeed!

Piloting the upcoming Hot Bodies 1/12th racer, Andy Moore has done the triple by taking home the championship trophy from the 1/12th European Championships in Sweden!

After taking the wins at the 2006-2007 ISTC World Championships and 2006 European Touring Car Championships with the Cyclone, Andy has once again demonstrated that his time is now with a dominating performance at last weekend's 1/12th scale European Championships!
After six rounds of qualifying, Andy sat on top in pole position. From the first spot on the grid, Andy led the first race from start to finish, easily leading the field from the starting tone and controlling the pace of the race.

It was the second race, however, that really set the spectators watching! The slightest starting mistake cost Andy a stop-and-go penalty early on. After serving the penalty, Andy was nine seconds behind the leaders. With the entire field of cars ahead of him and first and second place about to lap him, Andy put on an amazing show of driving skills that put the spectators on their feet!

Pulling off amazing passes, horsepower drag races and extreme displays of daring and driving skill, Andy passed nearly all the cars to claw his way into second place. With just a few laps to go, the leader bobbled around a corner, letting Andy make a pass to get back into the lead!

Even with all the passing and motoring through the field, Andy was able to maintain control over his batteries to take the overall win using the 1/12th HB prototype!

Congratulations Andy, your streak of winning success continues unabated!

Close-up pictures of Andy's prototype car will be available right here later this week!
